If your idea of the perfect travel experience is exploring themeparks and waterparks, then you’ll love Aquatica in Orlando. Spend a fun-filled day spinning and get drenched heart-stopping rides and thrilling water slides. Experience the extreme double-wave pools, plunge into the undersea world, filled with colourful fish and race along white-knuckle rapids.

Dolphin Plunge

Perhaps one of the most popular water rides in Orlando, Dolphin Plunge involves sliding down an extreme 250 foot slide that takes guests through an underwater adventure where black and white Commerson's Dolphins can be seen next to the tubes. It's a unique and thrilling experience that gives guests a first-hand experience at being within feet from the sea creatures in the enclosed tube while racing by at high speeds. The tube includes plenty of twists and turns for a wild and adventurous time at the water park.

Cutback Cove & Big Surf Shores

When you want to enjoy a realistic experience that makes you feel like you're actually at the beach, Cutback Cove & Big Surf Shores provide plenty of waves in two side-by-side pools that each have their own speed and size of waves. The interactive experience makes it easy to lounge in the sand with your feet in the water, or even take a dip in the beautiful waterfalls. The surf is always changing, depending on the day, making it fun to go for a swim and have a realistic ocean experience. And if you book your Aquatica tickets in advance, you can enjoy the fun without the hassle of queuing.

Taumata Racer

For those who want to experience a bit of adrenaline and participate in some good old fashioned competition, Taumata Racer offers several side-by-side slides in different colours to allow riders to race down different tubes and slides on rubber mats as water splashes by. This ride's name is short for the longest name of a place in history, making it in the Guinness Book of World Records with a total of 92 letters. After taking the rider through dark inner tubes that includes plenty of turns, this water slide includes a steep drop, increasing the speed of each rider and making it one of the most exciting rides in the Aquatica.

Omaka Rocka

Known as the newest addition at Aquatica, guests can enjoy the colourfully striped slides that take riders down huge flumes and into large funnels for an outdoor adventure that includes mini waterfalls with both open and closed tunnels. Kids and adults alike will enjoy racing amongst friends who are in their own slide for a casual and fun ride that makes it easy to enjoy the outdoor views before dropping into a large pool.

Roa's Rapids

Make sure you include a trip on the Roa's Rapids, which is the perfect fun-filled family-friendly activity that allows guests to ride together in rafts for an entertaining experience. Slip and slide down the river which has over 1,500 feet of rapids, taking riders through beautiful waterfalls and lagoons. Giant rocks sit in the water, allowing guests to go different directions, as the water moves at a fast pace under several bridges. Life vests are available for all ages.

Loggerhead Lane

The shallow lazy river of Loggerhead Lane makes it easy to be entertained by riding in a giant inner tube for a slower-paced experience that makes it easy to relax. Watch the marine life unfold before your eyes with plenty of sightings of both dolphin and colourful fish species. There are graceful waterfalls along the river route too, which provide an enticing location for a refreshing dip.
