Check out San Francisco’s Dine About Town Event

  • January 16, 2014

Time to ditch the New Year diet – well for two weeks at least – as the city of San Francisco hosts the annual Dine About Town promotion, with specially priced lunches and dinners at over 100 different restaurants.

San’s Francisco’s Dine About Town is modelled on the ’Restaurant Week’ theme which is popular all across the US. From 15 to 31 January 2014, diners can enjoy a three course dinner for $36.95 and a two course lunch for $18.95, which equates to a saving of up to 25%. The promotion also runs in the summer, from 1 to 15 June 2014.

It’s a great opportunity to try a new restaurant – after all, there are 94 eateries participating across the city. The food choices are immense, with more than thirty types of cuisine featured, including Brazilian, Indian, Vegetarian, Caribbean and European. Everything from Michelin star restaurants to emerging eateries are participating in the two week event.

2014 is the 13th annual Dine About Town event which was set up in 2011 in response to 9/11.

More details of participating restaurants can be found on the official website http://dineabouttown.com/
