Finding Luxury in Egypt

  • August 8, 2013
  • Jules

With all of the recent news reports of political unrest in Egypt, luxury may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of this country. However, luxury can be found there so if you are thinking of taking your Honeymoon here or you simply want to share an indulgent vacation in Europe, Egypt has a lot to offer.

Where to Stay

If you want a luxurious Egypt experience, it is essential that you do your research when choosing your accommodation. Egypt is home to a number of five star resorts that boast unparalleled luxury. In terms of location the Red Sea is recognised for being a hotspot for luxury travel. You can enjoy hi speed Wi-Fi, Egyptian cotton sheets and rainfall showers and stunning sea views.

What to Do

While the luxury resort provides the perfect base for your trip, finding luxury in Egypt requires you to explore further than the boundaries of your hotel. Luxurious activities in Egypt are in no short supply. You can snorkel amongst some of the world’s best corals and soak up some world famous sights. If you choose to stay on the Red Sea Coast, you can choose to relax on some of the most spectacular stretches of sand. If you really want to experience what Egypt has to offer, why not venture off the beaten track with a luxury tour? Nile cruises are a great way to see the most popular sights and learn the history of ancient Egypt.

Take Time Out to Relax

With so much to see and do in Egypt, you may forget to sit back and simply take in the scenery. Take time out to relax and rejuvenate, after all, that’s what a luxury holiday is about for most people. Many of the resorts have award winning spas so you can start the day with a massage or reenergise with a relaxing facial.

When to Go

With all of the new stories regarding Egypt, you may be wondering if it is presently safe to travel to this country. The safest option is to book your stay through a specialist travel company that has exceptional knowledge of the area. The Red Sea area of Egypt has been left untouched by any trouble but seeking advice is essential before you travel. Find out more information at Egypt Uncovered.
