-The meals (Lunch and Dinner) usually can be arranged easily by yourselves thus you can choose any food and restaurant you like and have more free time. The tour guide will have no problem to help if necessary. If leave it to us, it costs around 50CNY/p.p (approx. 7USD/p.p) in average for a lunch or dinner.

Day 01.	Arrive in Lhasa - Accommodation: 3 star hotel (B&B). Comfortable private airport pickup to your hotel in Lhasa. Free at leisure when arrival for acclimatization.
Day 02.	Sightsee in Lhasa - Accommodation: 3 star hotel (B&B). Our first-day exploration in Lhasa city will lead us to the famous world heritage site of Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and the thriving bazaar of the Barkhor Street.
Day 03.	Sightsee in Lhasa - Accommodation: 3 star hotel (B&B). Today’s escorted tour will cover two well-known monasteries in Tibet – Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery. You may have a glimpse of Tibetan monks’ life at these monasteries.
Day 04.	Lhasa-Gyantse - Accommodation: 3 star hotel (B&B). After breakfast, we’ll drive out of Lhasa to the historical town of Gyantse. On the way, we’ll cross the Khambala Pass and the Karola Pass, take a pleasant walk at the beautiful Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and have a view of the Karola Glacier. And when arrival at Gyantse, we’ll visit the notable Pelkhor Monastery and its Kumpum Stupa.
Day 05.	Gyantse-Shigatse - Accommodation: 3 star hotel (B&B). Shigatse is the second largest city in Tibet and also the political, economical and cultural center of ‘Back Tibet’. It is about 90km from Gyantse and the highlight there is the Tashilumpo Monastery which houses the biggest statue of a sitting Maitreya Buddha in the world. And we’ll also stroll around old town for the nicely decorated Tibetan houses, local free market, etc.
Day 06.	Shigatse-Lhasa (Norther Route) - Accommodation: 3 star hotel (B&B). Drive on the Friendship highway back to Lhasa to complete our circular tour of culture exploration in the middle Tibet area. The rest time is free for you to explore the old Lhasa city.
Day 07.	Leave [B] This day we’ll drive you to the airport and help you board the plane to your next destination. Your wonderful Tibet cultural exploration trip ends.
