A deep dive into the culinary heritage of Goa. Experience the local tradition of making Goan curries during this 4-hour class with a local Cook. Visit the Tar fish market in the village of Siolim, India, where you can see the fishermen unloading their fresh catch onshore.
Select fresh ingredients from the market, then return to Siolim Cooking School where Chef Jane will demonstrate the various spice recipes she uses to cook the fish. She will take you through every step of the way, teaching you about the Indian spices, three different curries, and how to make rotis (Indian flatbread).
Once everything is cooked, enjoy your meal in the lovely setting of Little Siolim Boutique Hotel – or take it home with you.
