The Winter experience trip has become our trademark! Driving your team of huskys and carrying all your equipment and supplys we guide you through the mountains and forests of Hotagen nature reserve on a trip you will never forget.
For full no obligation pricing options and operator contact details please enquire:
We teach you to care for your dogs and yourself in temperatures as cold as minus;40, making camp every night in a different location we never use the same trails twice and cover between 35km and 70km per day depending on conditons which really gives you plenty of time standing on the sled runners.
"Winter experience" gear tip:
Because of the gear, food and dogfood for the 5 day's trip you need to take in the sled, the place for your personal stuff is limited.
A 25 Liter backpack or softbag of the same size is about maximum place you got left, but you do not really need to take that much, everything you really need is in the mandatory gear list already.
Any special needs other than what the mandatory gear list presents for food or gear, need to be part of a demand 2 weeks before your trip, so we can try to do what is possible.
ATTENTION basic level of fitness are required, temperatures can be as low as −40 Celsius, this is not soft tourism, its the real thing! some camping experiance is recommended.
