Itinerary
Day 01. Amboseli National Park. Start your day with a drive towards Amboseli National Park. Considered a land of giants, Amboseli National Park’s vast plains stretch into the horizon - becoming one with the sky. Amboseli is world famous for its massive herds of elephant, including some impressively tusked bulls drawn to the area's large, lush swamplands. Also known for its fascinating view of the always snow-covered Mount Kilimanjaro (the highest mountain in Africa), this park shares a number of borders with Tanzania and various Maasai communities. Amboseli is an amazing gift of natural wonder and home to various birds, small mammals, cheetahs and more. Lunch shall be provided at the lodge and followed later by evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at lodge/ camp.
Day 02. Tsavo West. After breakfast, depart towards the great Tsavo National Park. Chief among Tsavo West National Park ranks the marvel of Mzima Springs, replenished with two hundred and twenty million liters of crystal-clear water every day, from the underground streams stemming from the lava massif known as the Chyulu Hills, 40-50 kilometers away. Mzima forms a haven for a rich wildlife pageant with elephant soaking half immersed in the waters, light footed but ponderous looking hippo, apparently weightless, tip-toeing across the bottom, crocodiles basking on the bank or swirling through the water; gazelles, zebra and giraffe wandering around the banks through the thick acacias and raffia palms together with hundreds of chattering monkeys and birds. Lunch shall be provided at the lodge and followed later by evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at lodge/ camp.
Day 03. Mombasa. Depart after breakfast towards Mombasa which lies on the tropical Kenyan coast and is a bustling city with a rich history stretching back to the 12th century. It's the perfect place from which to explore the area: there are many interesting things to see, beaches to relax on and beautiful nature reserves to visit. There is a vibrant mixture of cultures, architecture and entertainment.
Day 04. Mombasa. Spend the days and nights relaxing at leisure, soaking in the sun an sipping delicious exotic cocktails on the beach front. On day six, you will enjoy your dinner on the Tamarind Dhow; floating restaurant that rides through the old town – Awesome!
