At the time of the conquest of America, major battles were fought for the treasures of the different settlements of the continent. After the “Discovery” of the southern Ocean, the Panama Pacific Islands, were the scene and starting point for the taking of these new territories.
The community of San Pedro of Taboga, founded in 1524, was witness to multiple great adventures that are worth telling, Pedrarias Davila, Hernando de Luque and Francisco Pizarro, Henry Morgan, William Dampier and John Illingworth conquerors and Pirates, were his principal protagonists.
