Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Nakuru’s Lion Hill Lodge is our destination today with its jewel of a National Park famous for hundreds of thousands of flamingoes. The elusive leopard sighting is most certain. This is also home to the Rothschild’s Giraffe and also acts as a Rhino Sanctuary. An afternoon game drive is planned.
Maasai Mara National Reserve - a Game Reserve that is home to the famous Maasai community. The Mara is considered to have the finest game viewing in Kenya. We arrive at Mara Serena or Keekorok Lodge in time for lunch. Here we have two nights stay on full board basis. In the Maasai Mara you have the opportunity to take an optional balloon safari. Game drives for both in the morning and afternoon are planned.
Amboseli National Park - after a hearty breakfast we drive out of Nairobi through the Maasai Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli National Park, nestled in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive in time for lunch at Ol-Tukai or Serena Lodge. We spend two nights here on full board basis. Morning and afternoon game drives are planned.
Tarangire National Park - the third largest national park in Tanzania. Arrive in the evening and do a game drive en route to the Lodge. This delightful park, covering an area of 2,600 sq km was established in 1970, and it is the numerous baobab trees that will initially catch your eye. The Tarangire National Park derives its name from the Tarangire River that rises in the highlands of central Tanzania and winds its way through the game sanctuary. The river irresistibly lures the herds of plains migrants from the parched surrounding area to its shrunken – but permanent – brackish waters during the dry season.
Lake Manyara - After breakfast, drive to Tloma Lodge via Lake Manyara National Park for game drive with picnic lunch. This is a nice farm house, built within the coffee plantation; it is a great place to stay surrounded by green gardens and beautiful flowers. Before getting to the lodge you will enjoy the nice game drive in Lake Manyara Natiopnal Park.
Ndutu (Serengeti / Ngorngoro ) - drive after breakfast to the Ndutu Area arrive in time for lunch the drive will take about 4 hrs 30mins but it will entirely depending on what we see on our way to Ndutu Lodge. The Ndutu lodge overlooks Lake Ndutu which is a favorite water spot for numerous herds of game and is a center point during the migration of wildebeest. Ndutu Safari Lodge is situated in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the southern Serengeti eco-system. The Lodge nestles unobtrusively under a canopy of giant acacias overlooking a soda lake, Lake Ndutu. The lodge offers a superb base in which to explore the range of habitats that lie within easy reach, this include swamps, woodlands, soda lakes and the world famous Serengeti short grass plains. Ndutu Safari Lodge has been a favorite with professional wildlife photographers and film-makers for the past four decades, because it’s simply one of the places to watch wildlife.
